Privacy policy

Ace Consulting NY collects the account details you give us (name, email, company), the addresses and permit numbers you choose to watch, and billing details handled by Stripe. We use them to run the dashboard and to perform filing work you hire us for.

Building data shown in the dashboard is public record from NYC Open Data. We do not sell personal data. We never email you automatically beyond account verification and password resets.

You can delete your account from the account page; watchlists, tracked permits and alerts are removed with it. Questions: info@aceconsultingny.com.
